Are you using CentOS 7.6 or newer? See this installation guide in our KB for more information. Try to change your folder/directory names to English. We have seen issues the folders are using non English characters.
      Hope this helps.

Hi, The license manager is successfully installed. However, I'm having hostid error. I changed my server OS from centos 8 to centos 7 and MAC address has not been changed. Also, I checked licensing portal and I cannot see my customer number. What should I do?

Ensure that the host and hostid information on the license file you are trying to add is the same as what is shown in the AnsysLMCenter -- View HostID information page.
If the HostName is different on the license file and the mac address is the same, edit the license file to the correct hostname on your server. If the mac address is different, you cannot use this license file on your server. Contact your Ansys Account Manager for a license server change with the correct license server hostid information.

and this is the log. I checked lmutil file is at right directory but not sure why such error occurs.

From the error message in your screenshot, it indicates that you are missing the require libraries in Linux for the Ansys LM. Install the libraries:
sudo yum install lsb cyrus-sasl-lib libpng12 openldap
