Installing 19.2

  I downloaded and installed the 19.2 version of ANSYS Student, but the shortcut in my desktop does not appear and I can’t find the application in my program files to launch it from there.
  
  Can someone help me?

  Do you have any shortcut for 19.2 in your Windows startup menu at all ?
  
  Do you have install.err file under (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student

  No, I don't have any of those two; I uninstalled it and downloaded from the ANSYS website again and it still doesn't show. Also, I was checking YouTube videos and none of the options of what content I want to download is offer, and after it’s done installing it doesn't give me the option to go next and start the program it just tells me to exit.
