Tried several times downloading and using the student softwares (2021 R2), however everytime the therewas some issues.
From the Log:

What is the problem? If the name of the folder ,where the setup is located, is not written in Ensligh should be the problem?

SubscriberDid you find a .err or .log file in that folder? If so, what was in the file?
If all folder names, computer names and account names are in English with no spaces or special characters, that will have the best chance of success, though doing this might not solve your problem.

Forum ModeratorTo add, did you extract the zip or try running from inside the zip folder. What errors do you see when trying to start Workbench or any of the Ansys software?

I have the same problem. After unzipping and executing of the setup.exe I get an error saying that a file is missing and that the missing file is called uninst_data.dat
Obviously, I didn't delete anything from the zip folder. I even deleted it and downloaded it again.
I hope you can help me.

All the folder names are in English
Extracted the zip. There is no Workbench at all...
