      Hi Ive downloaded the files used te setup wizard and product configuration wizard, but I don't have any shortcuts to the products and i can't figue out how to open anything and im really confused and need help. Thanks!

      Hello Liz, 

      Can you confirm if you have installed the application as admin and have added server details to the Ansys licensing setting as admin?
