insert boundry condition as the force start from 180 N at zero deformation

  How can i insert boundry condition of spring as the force start from 180 N at zero deformation and increase force till 850 so the displacement be 22 mm?

  You can use tabular data to define spring stiffness, which will define a force vs displacement curve.
