InSb in Lumerical CHARGE solver

I have been trying to simulate a solar cell based on InSb absorber layer in Lumerical CHARGE. But the results do not converge even after trying different combinations of dopings. Is there any example available of similar simulation set up, that I may refer to?

      Thanks

yes, please refer to this exmaple  https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042165534-Planar-silicon-solar-cell

As for the diverging issue, please visit this article https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/8355464963987-Troubleshooting-convergence-errors-in-CHARGE

Just a reminder that the correct Ansys Community for Lumerical products  is in  the Photonics forum: /forum/forums/forum/discuss-simulation/photonics/
