What does this option mean? Can someone give a detailed explanation or related links? 

This warning shows when i add a  new injection and turn it on.

 

Besides is there any way to record the position where Splashing and Stripping happen?

The wall film option? Click on Help in that panel and it'll have a link explaining what it means. 

The subtet warning is linked to the High-res particle tracking. I can't remember exactly what it's linked to, but check the mesh quality as it may be linked to that.
