Hi,

I am doing ACL analysis of a PCB design, I have done it so many times but an error is occurring in the latest design as "Initial surface mesh generation failed. Automatic fallback is not supported for surface meshes. Please switch to alternative meshes manually." and also "Simulation completed with execution error on server".

Thanks for asking your query on Ansys Learning Forum.

Please use the mesh feedback option as shown below and look at where the mesh is having problems with. Try to find the root cause and you need to edit the model accordingly.
