I have a client that sometimes when converting an internal component this error is written: The inter-doc reference would create a cyclic dependency at the document level.

What can be the cause ? I believe that it is his fault that he manages something badly, can you tell me in which situations Spaceclaim releases this error?

This usually happens when internalizing/externalizing components within an assembly, the behavior is cyclic if an internal component is trying to be inside an external part, the external part will gain a component whose template lives in the main document, hence the cycle. I would suggest externalizing the component first.. Or check where the internalize operation is performed in the structural tree. Or perhaps it is not finding the file paths or has an incorrect path.
