SubscriberHi everyone, I am trying to mesh a 3D NACA0012 airfoil, but i am having issues regarding the number of layers. As you can see in the image below, the number of layers surrounding the airfoil is not consistent, and the number of layers decreases as it approaches the trailing edge. I have tried changing the number of layers, but the issue persists regardless of the number of layers. I am using the first layer thickness option to achieve my desired y plus value. This issue is affecting the accuracy of my results, so any help is appreciated

Ansys EmployeeThis looks like a stair-stepping issue, which often happens when not all airfoil surfaces are included in the inflation setup. Make sure that all faces of the airfoil geometry are selected when defining the inflation layers. If even one surface is missed, it can lead to inconsistent layer generation, especially near the trailing edge.
