We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

Induction heating ;Maxwell and Workbench coupling

I want to use the coupling of Maxwell and Workbench to solve the induction problem. In the case, the excitation is sinusoidal excitation, and the permeability of the heated workpiece changes with temperature. And during post - processing, I want to see the temperature varying with time. Should I use the Maxwell eddy solver or the Maxwell transient solver to couple with the transient thermal module in Workbench?

At the same time, I would like to ask which modules in Workbench can calculate eddy currents and Ohmic losses for coupling with the transient thermal module
