In Ansys Mechanical, I get a vague error. Sim completed with execution error on server.

I successfully ran a simulation in Q3D and then I imported into Mechanical. I ran the thermal simulation but got an error "Simulation completed with execution error on server."
Any advice on this is appreciated.
