Dear all, I am Ashok kumar and a student of M.Tech in Thermal and Fluid Engineering.

I have a query related to node drawing in the boundary layer region. I am using k-epsilon model in Ansys-Fluent for fluid flow thruogh tubes for that i want to see the velocity at the outlet location for that i need a line across the outlet daimeter. I have all the important co-ordinates to draw that lines.

But when i am trying to display the line it is showing only a part of that line.

so i need some comfirmation that can we draw nodes the see velociy in boundary  layer region.

      Hi,

In Fluent's Results/Post-processing section, use Insert > Location > Line to define a line at your outlet. You can specify the start and end coordinates to span the entire outlet diameter

Thank you for the kind response. I did the same in the fluent soltiuon. Whenever i am going to solution mode my domain is not visible because of that i draw line into fluent solution mode.

For your reference i have attached this image

      Thank you

Thank you for the kind response.

For your reference i have attached the following image. I have change the mesh element size to 0.1 mm, maximum element size to 0.1mm and also first layer height to 0.001 mm then some how i am able to draw the follwing lines. Domain size diameter is 2 mm having circular cross sectoin
