SubscriberAnybody have any suggestions as to how I may improve this MESH of a vortex tube I designed. I've spent significant time on spaceclaim reparing and simplifiying the geometry. I was able to create the mesh however looking through the quality metrics I feel like it can be improved. I'm relatively new to Ansys meshing so any suggestions would be helpful. I'm not sure how to attach the .wbpz file in this discussion so I've just included some images for now. Thanks

SubscriberClear the mesh, then save the project, then create the .wbpz archive file. You can attach it after you post, or to a previous post, if the file size is < 120 MB.

SubscriberI attached the file to my original posting. Let me know if you can access it. Thanks again.

Forum ModeratorAt a glance it doesn't look too bad. I'd suggest reducing the cell size in areas of interest and checking the inflation: I'm not sure you picked all of the blade surfaces. As staff we can't download files so please post more images.Â
