Impossible to launch Mechanical APDL

  I just installed ANSYS Student 18.2 and I able to launch the workbench. But when I try to open Mechanical APDL it sows me the error below. Any one have any idea?

  I have no archive with future data, investigating in the ANSYS Mechanical APDL Product Launche and I found the next error also, it might be related:
