Hello everyone,
as the tittle says I have a problem in my Static Structural. I have a certain model where I need to apply in 1. STEP just dead weight in 2. STEP I always imported body temperature and now new 3. STEP is pressure. That pressure creates big linear deformation which I'm trying to "stop" with joints. For Joint stops you need to have Large Deflection on in Analysis Settings.
The problem is that I can't get the Force to converge when I have Imported Body Temperature active, it's just won't (solution magnitude error). Calculation is fine for those 3 steps if I turn off the large deflection but then the Stops don't work. Is there any solution for this problem or maybe different way of "stopping" that deformation similarly to joints?Â
Thanks and BR

It's hard to think of a reason why the body temperature load would have any effect on the convergence of the pressure load. Is it possible the model is constrained in such a way that the body temperature puts it in compression? Then the model may be buckling.
