Imported a Line Body into Ansys Mechanical

      Hi All,
I have imported a Line Body into Ansys Mechanical in Workbench, by an IGES file. But still it needs a cross section to be assigned to that. How Can I do that by Solidworks Interface or something else  but not Design Modeler or Discovery, because I do not have access to them.

      Thanks.

Are you using the student version? If yes, it does not support CAD connections, you will have to create the sections in SpaceClaim/Discovery. If that is the case, I would suggest bringing 3D model as a neutral file and extracting beams in Discovery/SpaceClaim.

No, It is not the student version. But the license that we have in the company dose not include Discovery/SpaceClaim. So there is not any other option?
