Dear professor, when running the 4-channel WDM case, I set the length and width of each pixel to be 20nm, as shown in the following code. However, when I opened the fsp file, I found that the minimum size of pixel imported by the importnk2 function was 80nm, as shown in the figure below. When I changed the minimum size set to 90nm or 100nm, the minimum size of pixel imported by importnk2 function was 90nm and 100nm. I would like to ask what is the cause of this, and is there any way to solve it? I want the minimum size to be 60nm-
