I need to import mcm to siwave but there is no such option available in current installation of siwave that I have (rev 2023). I also installed the ECAD integration but still is not available.
Can you please help me with this?

Hello,
To import a Cadence file into SIwave you must first import into Electronics Desktop. File > Import > Cadence APD/Allegro/SiP...
After importing the Cadence file into Electronics Desktop then Save the project file. When the file is saved, then a *.aedb folder is created. Inside that *.aedb folder there is an edb.def file.
In SIwave look in the Import tab and import EDB. Navigate and choose the edb.def file in the *.aedb folder that was created in the step above.Â

Hi, thank you i appreciate the reply.
import to electronis desktop also doesn't work without any error message. I don't have solution for it yet as well!
but I did what you suggested (using EDB/def) with these steps:
exporting .anx from apd >>> importing to electronic desktop >>> edb/def to siwave.Â
but there is wirebonded die and with these steps the wirebonds doesn't get imported properly giving error message as the die-stack is a sub design.

You shouldn't be exporting anything from APD. You should just be importing the APD (.mcm) directly into Electronics Desktop. If you are continuing to have issues and you're able to file a service request, then that would be the best way to get help with this.Â
