import issue with step203/204 and iges

  The geometry is not correct for this part with step 203/204 and iges format.
  
  it's ok with parasolid and step242.
  
  i'll send you the part in separate email.

  Generally Parasolid and STEP AP242 are recommended over STEP AP203 and IGES format.
  
  Although I have filed a bug ( 554033 )for this issue and will let you if there is any update from the development team on this.
