Import error in icepak

  Parasolid entity check failed for part: Use Design Settings/Validation to relax geometry entity checking or Modeler/Mode.
  How to resolve this problrm?

  I have got that. I have another doubt. During importing im getting warning as shown in the fig attached.

  Do you get these footprint errors when importing a model in Icepak? Can you provide some details on where the model came from and what the model type for import is?
