I have tried to import a .tdr doping profile file from TCAD Synopsys into CHARGE using Lumerical scripts and the data set builder. However, the created unstructured doping profile data set and geometry are not in the same scale and there is a 100 times factor difference. could you help with this?
CHARGE may not know the unit inside the doping data. so you can change it by "scale factor":
Maybe they used different unit from Lumerical. Please try to modify it.
