In the Impedance matrix of induction machine, are the resistance and reactance value that are shown in the table include the rotor resistance and inductance? and if so are these referred to the stator and the values shown are the sum of both the stator resistance and rotor resistance?

I have attached the picture of an example impedance matrix.
