I'm wondering how to get information about the stresses acting on the particles.

Hi ,  the effective stess can be retived using fring plots , but its mostly 0

Do you know how control particles (maybe tracers) could be placed in the fluid domain that would follow the velocity and for which the stresses acting in the fluid could also be determined?

The best solution is to calculate the shear stresses in Ensight or Paraview. The topic can be closed.
