Icepak transient solution type

Hi ! I am trying to use icepak's transient to solve the transient temperature of the model over time. I have confirmed in the result that the loss at each point is close to the value I want. However, the temperature is close to the ambient temperature setting, which requires How to correct it ?

The simulation physical time is too short. For transient simulation, it takes time for the temperature to rise. Energy = Power × Time = Specific Heat Capacity × Mass × Temperature Rise. For only 4 us, the temperature rise will be very close to 0. Please increase the time step to speed up the simulation. Thanks.

      Happy New Year.
