  Hi I want to know two things:
  
  Is there a specific tool that can help me create some sort of cuts in the block. I am trying to insert two chip dies which require to be embedded in the block but I am unable to find the tool where I can embed the die and chip.
  
  Can someone please help me find glass material tools as well?

  Thanks for asking questions on Forum. Please utilize Mesh priority to do the cut. You can just embed dies in the block and set their mesh priority higher than that of block. The priority is in the Info tab of the Property panel. Please check manual for more information. What do you mean by glass material tool?

    When two object overlap, the object with higher mesh priority will take over the overlapped region.
