 Whenever I try to simulate an Icepak model in Ansys, I encounter the following errors.

 

 

[error] Failed to run solver (6:54:29 PM  Sep 09, 2024)

[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (6:54:32 PM  Sep 09, 2024)

I was wondering if someone could assist me with this issue.

Hi Abdellah, 

Thanks for reaching out.Y ou can try to improve the mesh and review the Boundary conditions.  However, This requires examining the model and unfortunately this is beyond the scope of the Ansys employees as we cannot access attachments on the forum. We encourage other participates in the forum to pitch in if they can help.

Hi, thank you for your reply. However, this error also occurs when I try to run simulations that work fine on other computers. For example, I was able to run one of the provided examples on another PC, but when I attempt to run it on my computer, I encounter the same error. Therefore, I don’t believe this issue is related to the simulation settings.
