Icepak error

  How to solve this. My model is PCB board and 104 cylindrical capacitors. During meshing this error comes

  Hi Kshitij, my name is Joey from Icepak Support.
  Regarding this error, it is possible that the mesh associated with meshregion 1 is larger than the target shape or mesh counts are too large so RAM is insufficient.
  Please try the following: 1. use advanced mesh settings instead of slider. 2. reduce the dimensions of the mesh region.
