ICEM CFD meshing

  I am working on blast furnace tuyere geometry. Geometry is basically a nozzle with outlet dia 135mm and inlet dia 180mm. connected with tapering pipe (angle between nozzle and pipe is 5 degree) of inlet dia 180 and discharge to nozzle dia 150mm. and lance pipe piercing through both geometry at an angle 9 degree. dia for lance pipe is 33.7mm, kindly suggest bloc kings.
