      Iam unable to get the exact output as i want , while designing a patch antenna with probe feed , it is showing to connect the probe from groundplane to patch & assign excitation in HFSS.

      The message indicates that the Lumped Port is not in contact with the conductor. The Lumped Port must be placed between the two conductors that excite the electromagnetic field. Please check if the dielectric is in contact with the Lumped Port.
