Hi,

-1 error means the client is not able to find the license file. 

Please check if the license file is uploaded on the server and check if the client is pointing to the right server's name.

Goto path C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v2xx\Win64\licensingclient\winx64\ClientSettings, right-click on ClientSettings.exe and run it as admin. 

Mention the correct server name, click on test (a green check mark will appear) and save it.

Relaunch the application.

Hi Bhavik,

You can contact your license server admin for servername, if license Manager is installed locally then server's name/ IP is mentenioned in first line.

eg:

For the student version license is inbuilt and is for Windows only.
