Hi,
I am trying to do a fluid flow simulation for a double pipe heat exchanger but it is not converging. I have tried refining the mesh, changing velocity for inlet and outlet but no luck. can anyone suggest me how to get the convergrnce. I have attached some pictures here. The residual factors are set as default.

Assuming you have velocity in and pressure out I'd be looking at the mesh and add some point monitors to understand the flow field.Â

Yes, it is velocity in and pressure out. What do you mean by point monitors?

Under Surface creation you can add points to the domain, and then Report Definitions to those.Â
In an unconverged solution the problem can be mesh or setup related or that there is something going on in the flow field. The monitors and images taken every few iterations can help identify the issue.Â
