      Hello 18.2 is not supported.
      Try uninstalling Microsoft Updates KB4571756 and KB4586781
      Otherwise update to 19.0/2018.0 and try variable ANSYS_EM_DONOT_PRELOAD_3DDRIVER_DLL=1
      The variable will not work for 18.2/2017.2. Must be 19.0/2018.0 minimum.
