Hello.
For some reason I can't use a license server on my local machine and I'm trying to configure my iser settings with this application, as the Manual says.
However, the following error appears:

set T
check for the following variables:
TCL_LIBRARY
TK_LIBRARY
If set, make note of what they are and then try unsetting them

When I try to open Client ANSLIC_ADMIN utiity for 2019 R3, it is just command propmt page blinking and went off and it is not opening.
But there is no any error page or display appears in the screen.
Kindly hep me to resolve to this issue.
