I was trying 3rd step of Fluent but the problem I am facing of is my design doesn't show up in the categories. I was watching youtube video and I did everything exactly but he got it and I couldn't. I don't know any reason for it.

I suspect you'd don't need to mesh inside the drone either. For most drag calculations we only care about the "outside" air flow. That'll save you mesh and remove the interface zones that are probably where you went wrong.
