I cannot make a post in learning forum , it don’t upload after submissions

  I use the learning forum to ask about some tips in the Ansys mechanical . So far it worked with me very well and I received respectful support from your employee. but recently I tried many times to submit a new post to be informed about some issues , each time I write the post and click submit, it takes very long time without any response
