SubscriberI'm trying to create a mesh containing an artery and a heart device (that is a very delicate structure with a lot of details). I've tried anything: tetrahedrons, patch conforming with refinement, patch independent, hex dominant... BUT NOTHING WORKS :( I don't know how to mesh that structure. Doo you guys have any ideas?

Forum ModeratorTo add. Have a very careful look at the geometry: are there small gaps etc that could cause problems? You may want to go through the SpaceClaim tutorials (click on Help) to see how/what clean up tools are available.
