SubscriberAs a paying customer of Ansys Discovery Ultimate, it appears that to achieve the same capabilities of Ultimate with the New Discovery, the price has more than doubled. Please tell me this isn't correct. I only use AIM and some Spaceclaim for geometry, and while I have the option of taking a new AIM subscription, my understanding is that no further development will put into AIM and I don't see the point of persisting with an obsolete application.Â

Ansys EmployeeHello T-C
With the launch of the new Discovery product, there were changes in the licensing structure and its pricing. As far as I know, the new pricing is based on the type of physics that you are trying to solve. For example, if you are working on structural problems, you can buy only a structural add-on license. I would suggest getting in touch with your Ansys Sales representative or the Channel Partner for detailed information about pricing.
