Hope this post find you well, and I thank you all in advance for your reaction.
I used simplorer to buid the following circuit, where the voltage input is as it shown in red curve ( Vop and Vom are the positive and negative pin for the input) , Vbp and Vbm are also the positive and the negative pins of power supply DC 5+ Volts.
Measuring Vpp to ground shoud give -10 to 10 V .... yet this is noot working.
Can anyone identify where I am mistaken? any suggestions are of a great apreciation.

   OPV model has VOMAX and VOMIN for max. and min. output voltage, that you can specify. Please review the help manual of this component.
