SubscriberHi
As far as I know, AQWAWAVE can transfer regular waves of certain phases of wave pressure from AQWALINE to APDL.
however,we need random wave pressure for structural finite element analysis. How to transfer random wave pressure from AQWA to APDL?

Ansys EmployeeHi, you can use Hydrodynamic Pressure Mapping ACT Extension to map the pressure of hydrodynamic response (time-domain, Aqwa-Naut) analysis to Static Structure. In Aqwa's hydrodynamic response analysis, you can apply irregular wave spectra, then the mapped pressure will be irregular wave pressure (random wave pressure).
