How to transfer ansys server rights from server system to client system

Dear sir, I am using Ansys version 17.0 academic license software. We had to uninstall ansys from the server system due to some circumstance and in the mean time, client system started acting as the ansys server license. Now, we want to convert the client system as the server. What are the steps to do so? I tried installing ansys license manager in the same system, but it shows that the license file is missing or vendor line is missing (Did not upload file - Error: A correctly-formatted VENDOR line was not found in the license file.). Kindly help us out. Thank you.
