How to Sweep Mesh Ventilated Brake Disk with Split Faces

My goal is to have multiple elements along the thickness of the disk to properly simulate bending stress. I've split the face so I can apply a Pressure boundary condition only where the brake pad sweeps the rotor face (highlighted in green). However, this seems to make the body unsweepable and I'm curious if there's a workaround or perhaps a method similar to Sweep that will allow me to have 3 or 4 elements along the disc thickness.

You will need to decompose it further. Please check following video on hex meshing.
