How to speed up contact analysis of soft gears with large deformation

  I want to perform contact analysis of adjacent teeth of soft gears with large deformation, but the analysis is not progressing well
  Please tell me how to speed up the analysis.

  Hi,
  I can see in the image that your output steps are 400; this will take more time for the simulation. If you want to speed up, you can reduce it; you may make it 100. Another thing, if you have a convergence issue due to contacts, then you may try reducing the stiffness values; this will ease convergence and make the simulation faster.
