How to solve the error when occurs in explicit dynamics analysis

  When I try to solve the explicit dynamics, I've got some error message above pictures.
  
  Please help me how to solve this problem.

  Are you trying to simulate an impact event? I see a ball some distance from a plate. That is not how you setup an impact simulation. Go back to CAD and place the ball tangent to the plate. Then in the simulation, assign it an initial velocity.
  
  Delete the Directional Deformation.
  
  Under Analysis Settings, Output Controls, you want 500 results before the End Time. The default is 20.
