SubscriberThis one is my simulation, which is the dispersion of hydrogen from a leaking source. My problem is how do I make the gas dispersed and fulfill this entire enclosure (represented atmosphere)? It seems that it just flowing at one side (to the right) only. The mass flowrate of h2 is 0.5 kg/s. That videos is a transient simulation which I made for 10 seconds.
The boundary condition is:
Wind (Air) Velocity Inlet at the left side of enclosure.
All other sides of enclosure is pressure outlet except ground.
Model
Species transport.
Viscous (Realizable k-e, standard wall function.
I also have tried to simulate without the present of wind inlet, but the gas only flows upward.

Forum ModeratorIf there's no wind why wouldn't the gas rise? Note staff are not permitted to open attachments so please post some images.
