How to set the self-active airfoil by Ansys fluent?

  Hi I want to simulate the self-active airfoil.
  But I'm not sure which model or function should I use for it.
  The 60mm long's line on the picture is the flap that I want it to be self-active.
  Thank you for any suggestions!

    Yes,I want to let the flap be self-active with velocity of the air.

  OK, that may be a little more difficult. Read up on the moving deforming mesh before you spend too much time on the geometry. You may find you need to make some adjustments based on the solver approach.
