SubscriberHello.
In the case of a study (Steady state thermal electric conduction), I would like to inject an alternating current (AC) into an aluminium alloy component.
Is it possible in Mechanical to define an alternative current?
Thanks in advance.
Philippe.

Ansys EmployeeNo, it isn't. If the purpose of the current is to provide joule heating then input the rms value (1/2 peak).
