SubscriberThis seems like it should be pretty simple, but I cannot understand how to plot stresses along an edge or line. I have a 2D axis symmetric model that I have solved for the stresses. I want to plot the stresses found along one of the edges, as shown in the image below. In other words, I would like to have a 2D plot, where the horizontal axis is the radial distance and the vertical axis is the stress. I need a graph of stress as a function of radial distance along that edge (or any radial line, actually).

We can use a construction geometry, and create a path, and scope the results (path) to that path See here:
