I am unable to select simultaneously the faces on the fluid volume and the corresponding faces on the enclosed solid body to parametrize them. How to parametrize the corresponding features on both bodies with single parameter so that they change together.

Use DesignModeler. Create the solid body using a parameter, then create the fluid volume using the same parameter.
