how to open a file

  Hi,
  I just want to open this file name "Oscillating Plate FSI with Fluent and Mechanical (ansys.com)".How to open it??
  when i click that link it ask some account number or serial number.

  Launch Mechanical (or whatever solver you're using), then launch Help from there. Paste the link you have into that browser. Ansys documentation is not public domain, so has password protection so only users can access it. The solvers have a token/cookie/biscuit as you're using the software so should be able to read the manual.
